Money-Back Guarantee for First Purchases

Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to your first purchase. If you wish to return an unopened product, we will cover the return shipping fees.

 

Please note, if you choose to exchange your product, you will no longer be eligible for the money-back guarantee.

 

Recurring Subscription Orders

Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. For returns of recurring orders, the following conditions apply:

1.      Unopened Products Only: We can only accept returns for unopened products.

2.     Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on recurring orders.

3.     Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders, including both first purchases and subscription orders.

 

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, don’t worry! You do not need to return the damaged product. Simply select the appropriate reason, and we will send you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
